We all thought that just getting out of the campus and entering the company's internship or in-service architecture, the daily work is to assist the architects to draw pictures and to mix the project, basically the state that others say you are doing. However, there are exceptions to the company.
We not only have the opportunity to participate in the project, independently design, but also has been more than 10 years experience in the design director personally guided, face to face to work with a partner, think about all that super lucky ah.
Our small team consists of 7 people, all of whom are interns and new recruits. Under the company's "New Star Talents Program", we join the "Single Dream Team" who works with the boss. Last weekend, the "Single Dream Team" followed the company's partner Qiu Director to pick up the work under the pants. Director Qiu gave us a brief introduction to planning ideas, design concepts, material selection, and façade modeling. Let us observe the project process and teach us how to analyze architectural design methods. I have to say that the field trips and on-site direct-click explanations are more and more shocking than the harvest of a hundred pictures.
Nankai Building is located on the port route of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is a 150-meter super high-rise building. The tower is composed of two body blocks, which are interspersed with green spaces for employees to communicate, meet and rest. The tower is designed with a semi-outdoor sky garden that runs through the ends of the building, introducing a vertical green landscape to create a vertical forest.
Before arriving at the construction site, we can see the dazzling and cool vertical external stairs of Nankai Building, connecting the podium and extending from the roof to the ground. The project is situated between the two hills, and the green through-the-building on both sides can be extended by the space reserved in the middle.
In the material display area of the construction, President Qiu explained to us the “breathing” glass used on the facade. This is the front-end design concept of the super high-rise glass curtain wall. The ventilation effect is achieved through the well-designed gap ventilation louvers between the side scales. The louvers are designed with perforated panels to prevent ventilation and fly into the building. The opening fan is hidden inside the louver, which makes it easy for the staff to open, and at the same time avoids the unsafe factors caused by the opening of the fan, and does not affect the image of the façade, forming a smooth surface effect. It can be seen that the choice of materials and accessories will largely determine the overall image of the building, and the architect must be meticulous in every step of the design.
When I came to the field to see the Qianhai Apartment, which was a case study many times, I was a little excited. This is a textbook-style work. Staring at its elegant white lines, it stretches freely like a beautiful and moving goddess standing in the Qianhai area.
The project designs high-rise towers with a coordinated 2:1 height, and the 100-meter interchange proposes a “cloud club” design concept that allows both lower and upper occupants to easily reach and share public spaces. President Qiu advised everyone to be cautious about the use of curved glass in the future. The surface is easy to hang dust. After the rain, it will produce a "tears" effect. If you want to use it, you can choose a material with a small influence on falling ash.
We saw on the scene that some of the balcony of the building had been planted with green plants. President Qiu told us that the vertical green trough was designed to divide and reorganize the building blocks, and the green plants were used to pull the green plants to cover the entire green trough.
Kexing Science Park is located at the core of the Hi-Tech Park, one of the most intensive areas of science, technology, information and human resources in Shenzhen. When planning and designing, the designer strives to get rid of the traditional single boring industrial park model, starting from the new demand of industrial office, fully considering the user's demand for public space, green ecology and commercial service, and strive to create a new industrial complex model.
